Welcome — I’m so excited to invite you into Emerald Elegance and show you what slowing down through intentional self-care and skincare truly feels like. As a Des Moines based licensed esthetician and the owner of Emerald Elegance, I’ve created a cozy, calming space designed to feel unrushed, restorative, and deeply personal. With nearly four years of experience in customized skincare, waxing services, and precise brow and lash artistry, my approach has evolved into treatments guided by intention, thoughtful consultation, genuine connection, and results-driven techniques. This is a space where you’re encouraged to slow down, feel supported, and leave feeling nurtured and confident in your skin — a safe place for all, and a reminder that you are worthy of intentional care. Arrival Policy: Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. This allows ample time for consultation, settling in, and ensures the schedule flows smoothly for all clients. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to respect scheduled appointments, with full service pricing still applying. Guest Policy: To preserve a calm and professional environment, no more than one guest is permitted during quick service appointments only. Guests are not permitted during relaxation-focused or body waxing services, unless otherwise approved in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time at Emerald Elegance is reserved exclusively for you. Due to the nature of extended, high-care services, last-minute cancellations significantly impact my ability to serve clients. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or no-showed with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file. Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before future bookings can be made. Clients with a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to place a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the scheduled service. I truly appreciate your understanding and communication.
